Thank you so much for shopping with My Spooky Baby! Every piece is handmade with care, and I want your spooky mail to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

🕸️ Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items are mailed within 3 business days after your order is placed.

• Made-to-order pieces have a turnaround time of about 3–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order and my current workload. 

• Each item is handmade by me (Flora!), so thank you for your patience — your order is truly one of a kind.

🦇 Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped through USPS using Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the package size and weight.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships.

• All packages include free tracking.

If you need your item sooner, please contact me before placing your order to see if rush processing is available.

🕯️ Shipping Costs

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Occasionally, I run free shipping promotions — be sure to sign up for the newsletter so you don’t miss them!

🧵 Delivery Issues

Once your package has been shipped and handed to USPS, it is no longer under My Spooky Baby’s responsibility.
That means I cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in USPS’s hands.

If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to USPS directly using your tracking number. Of course, if you need help navigating the process, don’t hesitate to message me — I’ll gladly assist where I can!

If you’d like to add shipping insurance for extra peace of mind, please contact me before completing your order.

🕷️ International Orders

At this time, I currently ship within the United States only.
