🖤 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Each item in my shop is handmade with love and made-to-order just for you! Because of this, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

That said, your satisfaction means the world to me — if there’s ever an issue with your order (for example, if the wrong item was sent or your item arrives defective), please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

In those rare cases, I’ll happily cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or refund once the item has been returned.

Since everything is made especially for you, please double-check sizing, fabrics, and customization details before placing your order.
